On June 21st, one of our joint ventured corporations have officially contracted with China Telecom Co., China, listed in China, Hong Kong and USA, for representing their ADSL businesses. We are glad that though it is the second validated contract in China for jv corps: the first one is AT&T. It's implimented the needs for local industry towards the advanced overseas counterparts. Losing the markets with them is foreseeable, j.v. enterprises proved to be having the markets share insured for the sectors of the industry. Therefore, the government will enacting more preferences. When all the nice pieces are allocated and owned in majority by Chinese j.v. parties, prior to WTO late comers.
